Global Brand VP
Appointed to lead the 360° rebrand and repositioning of this founder-led Danish hair and scalp health brand, a category leader with clinical credibility and cult appeal.
I developed a new strategic platform encompassing brand purpose, narrative, and identity, and oversaw its expression across product, packaging, content, creative, influence, social media, and global communications.
My role spanned both strategy and execution — aligning internal stakeholders and external partners to build a brand that could scale without losing its integrity.

Worked closely with the Chief Brand Officer to lead global brand marketing across all categories, from fragrance and beauty to lifestyle and leather goods.
Developed and implemented 360° brand strategies across DTC and wholesale, social media, PR, influence, and events — ensuring consistency, clarity, and creative integrity at every touchpoint.
In close collaboration with the founder, creative studio, and product development teams, we brought the brand’s vision to life through campaigns and launches that resonated culturally and commercially.

I am a strategic and creative brand consultant with over a decade of experience helping companies define who they are, what they stand for, and how they connect with the world, within the luxury, beauty, and fashion industries.
With a background spanning brand, agency, and media, and an MBA that sharpens creative instincts with commercial precision, I specialise in brand strategy, positioning & marketing, audience profiling, creative campaign ideation and 360° communications strategies. I am often brought in to lead rebrands, define brand architecture, or develop strategic platforms that guide both messaging and behaviour.
Much of my work lays the foundation for Creative Directors and their teams, translating insights into clear, directional thinking that fuels content, campaigns, and global launches. I build strategies that are not only intelligent and culturally attuned, but built to be executed across markets, channels, and functions.
I collaborate closely with founders, CMOs and creative leads to bring coherence to complexity — aligning cross-functional teams and shaping brands that are culturally relevant, commercially intelligent, and creatively fertile.
